Grahhhhhhh...
We get it. Hollywood is running out of ideas. Why else would they approve dreamy werewolves and sparkly vampires? They're just trying to stay relevant when it comes to monsters. Where they messed up? The monsters. Werewolves and vampires and clowns in the gutter are just so overdone these days. They need something that doesn't get old. Something fresh.
We are, of course, talking about zombies. Zombies are so delightfully versatile when it comes to the horror world. They can be fast and dogged, or slow and shambling. They can be rotting and gooey, or dried out like old mummies. See? Versatile. We understand that you need to reinvent things to make them new and relevant, so, by all means Hollywood, make zombie good guys, zombie pets, and zombie comedies! We're pretty sure anything with zombies will be instantly popular. So when it comes to horror and thrillers, it really is a no-brainer to us: use zombies.

Which means if you're thinking about what horror monsters you and your family and friends need to be, zombies would be perfect for you as well. Kids could wear something like this Zombie Girl Costume. This 100 percent polyester dress is dark and torn and ragged (which is perfect for a zombie who wants to look like they've been on the move). There are Hook and Loop fastener closures up the back of the dress, and a sheer black waist tie for some undead accessorizing. Creepy toys not included.
