Need a hand with your costume?
There's no question that Sally is the best seamstress in Halloween Town. She has a lot of time on her hands (since she's Dr. Finkelstein's prisoner and all) so she puts a lot of energy into her sewing skills. The red-headed ragdoll is also literally sewn together with a needle and a thread so sewing allows her to act as her own surgeon. If her arm pops off while she's attempting to escape, Sally doesn't bat an eye because she can easily stitch it back on. Her talents as a seamstress extend further than just making stylish clothes.
Even though Sally can make magic happen by simply using a needle and thread, she regrets to inform you that she can't help make your costume. Dr. Finkelstein won't let her out of his sight, plus Jack needs her to stick around Halloween Town for the impending spooky season, but she does recommend one costume in particular since you're in the market for a superior Sally costume.
