A Change of Heart
As the CEO of a corporation, you know you have to be hard on your employees. It’s all about the bottom line. But still, you try to be a little different. You work with people, give them a bit of flexibility. You’re more generous and patient. You give people time to correct problems and learn from their mistakes.
