A Change of Heart
As the CEO of a corporation, you know you have to be hard on your employees. It’s all about the bottom line. But still, you try to be a little different. You work with people, give them a bit of flexibility. You’re more generous and patient. You give people time to correct problems and learn from their mistakes. And because of that, you’re both beloved and successful in your role, and we think that’s great. So obviously, for the upcoming office costume party, you should be the exact opposite!
Throw on this Women’s Captain Blackheart Costume and transforms into the harsh and cutthroat CEO (and ship captain) stereotype everyone knows and fears! For just one night, make your employees walk the plank. Force Ronda to look at those reports again...with her job on the line. Make Glen get a better deal on the bulk office coffee or threaten to move his office to the back corner of the windowless basement. Rule with an iron fist! The staff will think it’s hysterical...probably.
Fun Details
This great outfit will have your employees terrified for what you’ll do next. The jacket is edged in gold braiding and has attached accented sleeve cuffs. The included belt and hat also provide authority. As if all that weren’t enough, the neck scarf and boot tops complete your new fearsome look. Who knows? Your staff might even want to go back to their desks to do some work when the party winds down, just to endear themselves to your good side. We’re not advocating for that, but hey—whatever works!
It’s Just for One Day
Obviously, we don’t really want you to work your employees to the bone. That’s how you end up with bad company morale (and end of year reports). But it is fun to pretend, just for a day, that you are a fierce, hard-nose ruler. That you make things happen regardless of who gets in your way. That you rule your ship the way you want, and no one else! Feel free to threaten wearing this look on a more regular basis, just to keep things in line, and “casual Fridays” may just become a lot more productive. Enjoy the power of this costume, but don’t let it get to your head! Actually, nevermind. Do whatever you want!
