Depending on the weather, you may display this outdoors. We do recommend keeping it out of the rain/snow or colder temperatures, though.Product Ratings & Reviews

You can turn the terrible sound effect off by taking it apart and unhooking the speaker, but even then, it’s pretty useless. It doesn’t blink very fast at all, and it is extremely dim. You can stare right into it, and it won’t bother your eyes. You’re better off buying a $3 flashlight that has a strobe setting and using that. That’s what we’re using.Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
