I like things that are slightly looser so ordered the 4x. I absolutely LOVED this costume! It was very comfortable first of all and it was so much fun to wear. I received sooo many compliments on it! One recommendation I would highly suggest is to order the poofy slip to go under it, it totally makes the outfit! The hat was a little funky, I had to hot glue the ribbon on it but then it was fine. My husband bought the mens costume and people kept commenting on how great we looked :) We actually won second place at an event we went to . I would highly recommend this item.Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
