Zombies For Sure
It seems like such an easy question- of course zombies would shred plants in any kind of sustained confrontation! I don’t care how good you are at farming, there is no way that plants can hold back a full-on assault by a zombie horde.
On the other hand, it really is a war of attrition. There is no endgame in which the zombies can win a lasting victory. At some point the tide will turn and plants will replenish faster than they can be depleted by the zombie forces. Maybe this will be a tougher battle than it seemed at first!
