Sharon Carter has had a lot of bad luck. In the hit Falcon and the Winter Soldier show, she was implicated in assisting the rogue heroes, namely Captain America, who didn't sign the Sokovia Accords. She could have simply followed orders and gone along with Hydra/Shield, but she decided to do the right thing and has been paying for it ever since. We don't blame her for turning into a crime overlord while putting her life back together.
