This child costume perfectly recreates the character from the movie. It starts with a blue, long sleeve shirt with a pair of matching pants. The pants have elastic in the waist to provide a comfortable fit. The white tunic has pillows with fiberfill stuffing to help give it that fluffy cloud sort of vibe.
