It's the band that first introduced the world to the Prince of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne. With their dark lyrics and their heavy guitar riffs, some argue that Black Sabbath was the first music group to play Heavy Metal. That's right their music was so heavy and hardcore that the term 'Rock' could no longer describe it. A new genre named Heavy Metal was born!
