No, the dagger does not come with this Authentic Adult Power Rangers Green Ranger Costume and it is sold separately.
Q: Is the chest armor attached to the jump suit? or are they 2 separate pieces?

The chest armour is not attached to the jumpsuit. It slips over your head and has elastic straps that go under your arms to help secure it to your chest.
