This detailed dress starts with a long-sleeved purple mesh top to imitate Ursula's look. The attached black bodice has an invisible zipper in the back and the skirt features tentacles with printed bottoms that are stuffed to hold their shape. Ruffles underneath create a sense of movement while the conch shell necklace completes this magical design!
