The hat is a baseball cap with a hook and loop adjustment band on the back. The front of the hat also says "FBI" so there won't be any confusion as to who they are! All they will need to get now is a badge and some cool sunglasses and the costume will be complete. A costume like this will have them solving cases all over town!
